The Cayman Islands Triathlon Association’s annual Ogier Stroke & Stride is back.

Presented by Ogier, the Stroke & Stride 3-series race will take place Wednesday, September 13th, 20th & 27th with a 5:30pm start at Sunset House.

Popular amongst swimmers and runners of all levels, the Stroke & Stride is designed to encourage athletes of all abilities to take part. The event starts with a sunset sea swim – the distance of which increases each week from 400m (13th) to 600m (20th) to 800m (27th) – followed by a 2 mile run through towards South Sound finishing at Sunset House.

Individuals or teams have the option to register for one, two or all three races, so there are many ways to join in the fun.

PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO ARRIVE BY 4.45PM TO CHECK IN AS CHECK-IN WILL CLOSE PROMPTLY AT 5.15PM.
